All players who have already paid the entry fee and filled out the form on the official website must be present in the tournament hall by 3:30 p.m.
All players who have not yet paid the entry fee must be present in the tournament hall by 3:00 p.m.
Anyone who does not comply with these instructions may not be paired in the first round.
