- The tournament is open to all and is not valid for ELO Blitz FIDE variations.
- Registrations close by 4:00 pm on Saturday 17 June 2023; it is recommended to pre-register at number 3888956195 (Matteo Caputo).
- The participation fee is €10.00.
- The time control is 5’+3” (5 minutes per player with an increase of 3 seconds per move). There are 9 rounds of play, starting at 16:30; the pairings will be made using the Swiss system. The final classification will be drawn up using the Buchholz technical tiebreaker system.
- For everything not contemplated here, the provisions of the current F.S.I. and F.I.D.E. regulations apply.
- The organization reserves the right to make any changes that are necessary for the smooth running of the event. We decline all responsibility for damage to things and people before, during and after the tournament.
- Participation in the tournament implies the consent of each player to the publication of data and possibly photos and videos relating to the progress of the tournament on institutional sites. For minors, this consent is given by those who exercise parental authority implicitly at the time of registration.
- Registration for the tournament implies the unconditional acceptance of what is set out in this notice.
